Drivers’ skills and awareness play an essential role in continuing safe driving records. We at Maruesu Koun have ample training for new drivers and regular training programs for experienced drivers to improve driving skills and understanding.
Training Programs for Drivers
We have regular training programs to avoid accidents and incidents for new drivers and for existing drivers to educate unfavorable habits and attitudes deriving from getting used to the routine too much and to grow safe driving awareness. Through our training, drivers learn basic knowledge about driving, improve skills and grow awareness as professional drivers.
We prompt our employees to become independently safety-conscious, so to prioritize safety at all times throughout the workplace. New drivers will have 20 passenger training sessions within the first 3 months.
Licenses required to be a driver and ones supported by the company
- Drivers license for heavy rigid (required)
- High pressure gas transportation supervisor
- Drivers license for towed trailer
Certificates required to be an operation manager and ones supported by the company
- Operation manager qualification certificate (required)
- High pressure gas transportation supervisor
- Drivers license for heavy rigid
- High pressure gas production safety management certificate
